Shipping policy at CPT Vietnam
In order to unify payment and shipping methods, CPT VIETNAM offers a number of regulations below, expecting customers to cooperate and avoid unexpected risks.
1: Payment method
The payment term depends on the agreement in the sales contract
Payment method:
- Cash payment: You can pay cash with direct sales staff.
- Payment via bank transfer: Customers pay by bank transfer directly to the company’s bank account.
- Absolutely not transfer money to the bank account of the salesperson.
2: Shipping method
You transport yourself: You prepare your own means of transportation and transportation costs. Products will be loaded, stacked and handed over at CPT VIETNAM’s warehouse.
CPT VIETNAM shipping:Products will be transported by CPT VIETNAM’s staff to your construction site, warehouse according to the agreement stated in the sales contract.< /p>
Third party shipping : When the buyer and CPT VIETNAM cannot arrange transportation, they can hire a third party with experience in transporting natural stone products, stone artificial…. The expenses incurred are subject to the contractual agreement.
3: Return and refund policy
Production Trading Joint Stock Company & Import-Export CPT VIETNAM accepts to return products if the gem sample received by the customer is completely different, cracked too much not due to the transportation process compared to the agreement in the supply contract signed by both parties.
